I am extremely pleased with all three of my purchases. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between your shipper, your company and myself on my second two purchases. Although this does not diminish my appreciation of your product, it did caused me some anxiety during the shipping process. I contacted your office and was told that the problem has been resolved, and I was pleased with the conversation. Unfortunately, the shipper did not update your actions promptly. This resulted in the shipping company, sending me several notifications that the problem has not been resolved. Even though your company had assured me that the problem was resolved, I feel compelled to contact the shipper to make sure that the situation had been resolved. Each time I contacted them, they related the problem was not resolved, and that I would have to pay an additional fee . Several days after speaking to your office I decided to finally call your shipper again, as a local number was finally listed in your shippers contact information. I spoke to an individual from the local office, who related that my shipment was in town, but again would not be delivered until the additional fees were paid. It was during this communication that she was finally able to say that a posting have been placed on my order indicating that the problem have been resolved, and that I would receive my shipment promptly.

I would also like to advise you, that some scammers are piggybacking onto my conversations with you. I find that every time that I had communicated with you, I would promptly receive a message pretending to be from the United States Postal Service, asking me to link into their site as my shipment was on hold, in fact, a few hours after receiving this message from your company, I received another notification, pretending to be from the post office saying that my shipment was on hold.

Although we had a problem with the shipment of my second order, I would still rate my experience with you as positive. I hope that my feedback in someway helps you.
